Macduff Collins has been a practicing attorney for the past fifteen years. His areas of practice include family law and wills, trusts, and estates. Prior to his legal career, Macduff taught English at both the high school level and post-secondary level. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, playing tennis, and reading.

Macduff Collins was a North County attorney in private practice for the past fifteen years before coming to Men’s Legal Center. His areas of expertise include family law and wills, trusts, and estates. His focus is helping families in difficult times.

Prior to his legal career, Macduff earned a Bachelor’s and a Master of Arts in English and then taught English at both the high school level and college level. Because of his Irish ancestry and red hair, he is known as “Red” Macduff. In his late teens and early twenties, he was a much-loved skiing and tennis instructor in Merced County. In his free time, Macduff likes spending time with his family, reading history, and continuing with his passion for tennis and skiing.
