Craig A. Candelore
Managing Attorney

Mr. Candelore is the founding attorney at the Men's Legal Center, and he has been providing legal help to clients who have needed assistance in the area of family law for more than 25 years. Mr. Candelore earned his Bachelor's of Science degree from West Point before earning a Master's degree in System Management from the University of Southern California. Mr. Candelore earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Mr. Candelore also served in the military, ultimately earning the rank of Colonel from the United States Army. He served our country in active tours of duty that include Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom, working primarily as a Regional Senior Law Enforcement and Anti-Terrorist Officer. Mr. Candelore also has served as a translator for the United Nations and enjoys writing books in his spare time.

Mike O'Rosky
Senior Staff Attorney

Mr. O'Rosky not only has extensive experience serving clients who need legal help regarding California family law issues, but he has recently gone through the difficult process of divorce himself that involved children of the marriage. This perspective brings a deep understanding and sense of empathy to those who face these issues.

Mr. O'Rosky earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University before continuing on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Mr. O'Rosky serves as a football coach for Torrey Pines Pop Warner and as a coach for the San Diego Rugby Forwards. He also serves as an Indian Guide Nations Chief for the Magdalena Ecke YMCA in Encinitas and as the Vice President of the Del Mar Union Schools Education Foundation.

Lisa Berg
Senior Staff Attorney

Ms. Lisa Berg has earned a reputation serving as a San Diego family law attorney by way of her type A personality and her constant desire to achieve high-end results in all of her pursuits. She is known by colleagues and clients alike as someone who is diligent, detail oriented, and ambitious. Ms. Berg is also of the belief that the practice of California family law can be done with a high degree of integrity and compassion.

Ms. Berg earned her Bachelor's degrees in Criminal Law and Psychology from California State University at San Bernardino, and she continued with her education by earning her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of La Verne College of Law. Her professional experience includes serving as a police officer and as a criminal defense attorney, and she serves the community with her work with the American Bar Association and the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.

Wayne Rice
Senior Staff Attorney

Mr. Rice grew up in Poway, California. He earned a Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Music Degree from Manhattan School of Music. He attended the University of Minnesota Law School. Mr. Rice spent several years as an in-house counsel for a large multi-national corporation.

After leaving the corporate legal world, Mr. Rice opened his own law office in Minnesota and later moved back to southern California, where he opened his own office in Poway.

Mr. Rice is licensed in both Minnesota and California, and has argued cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court, the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and various state and federal courts in Minnesota and California.
