Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal

Must have at least 2 yrs experience as a paralegal in family law practice and a paralegal certificate. Duties include, but not be limited to: Petitions and Responses for Dissolution; Income and Expense Declarations; Schedules of Assets and Debts; Declaration of Disclosures, Motions, OSC’s, including Ex Parte Applications, Domestic Violence and Elder Abuse Actions, including client declarations to support such actions; Marital Settlement Agreements, Mandatory Settlement Conference Statements and Trial Briefs; Orders After Hearing and Judgments.

Hours are 9:00am to 6:00 pm

Compensation $18.00- $20.00
